We usually use personal titles in formal settings as a sign of respect.

Mr ➜This title is used to refer to a male. It doesn’t tell us the marital status. Therefore Mr can be used for any male adult. 👨🏻

The title master is commonly used for young males usually under the age of 18. 👦🏻
